- How is the work priced?Every engagement is quote-based. We agree the scope and delivery before preparing a proposal; there is no fixed price list.
- What is the difference between Ops and Live?Ops covers consulting, implementation and operations handover. Live is live consulting with minute credits. Both are coming soon; write to discuss your needs.
- Who runs the work after handover?Your team receives the workflow and operating notes. Any ongoing operations or support is scoped separately; decisions and approvals stay with you.
